Creating your Aqua X account is a quick process that ties directly to the unique invitation email sent by your Organization Admin. Because your login credentials, user permissions, and data access bind to the specific email address where you received the invite, you cannot manually change Aqua X login email details during the initial onboarding sequence.
If you need to use an alternative or updated email address to access the platform, please do not attempt to register with the old link. Instead, notify your Organization Admin before activating your account. The Admin must delete the pending/active invitation tied to your old address and issue a new invite to your preferred email.
If your current invitation details are correct, you can learn how to access Aqua X dashboard features and finalize your account setup by following these standard deployment steps:
Find the Aqua X Portal Invitation Link: Head to your inbox and search for an email from Aqua X with the subject line: “You’ve been invited to the Aqua X portal!” (Tip: If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your Spam, Junk, or "All Mail" folders, or verify with your IT department that emails from the Aqua X domain are whitelisted).
Execute the Authentication Link: Open the email and click the blue “Set Up Account” button. This button contains a secure, single-use token specific to your profile.
Complete Account Provisioning: This link redirects you to a secure page to finalize your credentials. Follow the on-screen prompts. Once submitted, you will automatically log into your dashboard.
What If Your Aqua X Account Setup Expired or Link Isn't Working?
For security and data compliance reasons, Aqua X invitation links are time-sensitive and expire after a designated period. If you cannot log into Aqua X portal because of an "Expired Link" error page, it means your Aqua X account setup expired and your account requires re-authorization:
Case Managers: Contact your Organization Admin. They can navigate to the Team Members tab within their Admin Dashboard, locate your name on the pending roster, and select “Resend Invite” to instantly dispatch a fresh authentication link to your inbox.
Organization Admins: If you are the primary Admin and your initial setup link has expired, or you require an email change, please contact Aqua X Support directly. Our technical team will verify your organizational credentials and manually generate a new administrative access link for you.
