How do I receive an invite email?

Learn how invite emails are sent and how to locate them

For Admins:

  1. Check your email:

    • Look for an email from AquaX with the subject: “You’ve been invited to the Aqua X portal!”

    • If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam, junk, or All Mail folder.

  2. Set up your account:

    • Open the email and click the “Set Up Account” button to create your account.

  3. Using a different email:

    • Contact your Super Admin to update the email.

    • If you don’t have a Super Admin, contact AquaX Support through:

      • Portal: Chat With Us page in the left sidebar

      • Help Center: chat bubble at the bottom right

  4. Follow the instructions in the new or resent invitation email to complete account setup.


For Case Managers:

  1. Check your email:

    • Invitations are sent to the email provided by your Organization Admin.

    • Look for an email from AquaX with the subject: “You’ve been invited to the Aqua X portal!”

    • If it’s not in your inbox, check spam, junk, or All Mail.

  2. Set up your account:

    • Open the email and click “Set Up Account”.

  3. Using a different email:

    • Inform your Admin, who will send a new invite to the correct email.
