For Admins:
Check your email:
Look for an email from AquaX with the subject: “You’ve been invited to the Aqua X portal!”
If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam, junk, or All Mail folder.
Set up your account:
Open the email and click the “Set Up Account” button to create your account.
Using a different email:
Contact your Super Admin to update the email.
If you don’t have a Super Admin, contact AquaX Support through:
Portal: Chat With Us page in the left sidebar
Help Center: chat bubble at the bottom right
Email: [email protected]
Follow the instructions in the new or resent invitation email to complete account setup.
For Case Managers:
Check your email:
Invitations are sent to the email provided by your Organization Admin.
Look for an email from AquaX with the subject: “You’ve been invited to the Aqua X portal!”

Set up your account:
Open the email and click “Set Up Account”.
Using a different email:
Inform your Admin, who will send a new invite to the correct email.
