Creating your account is quick! It all starts with the invitation email we sent you.
Find the Invite: Head to your inbox and search for an email from Aqua X with the subject line: “You’ve been invited to the Aqua X portal!” (Tip: If you don't see it right away, be sure to check your Spam, Junk, or "All Mail" folders.)
Click the Button: Open the email and click the blue “Set Up Account” button.
Finish Setup: This link will take you to a secure page to finalize your details. Just follow the simple on-screen prompts, and you will be logged into your dashboard in no time!
Link not working or expired?
For security reasons, invite links don't last forever. If you get an "Expired" message, here is what to do:
Case Managers: Contact your Organization Admin. They can locate your name in the Team Members list and select “Resend Invite” to instantly send you a fresh login link.
Admins: If you are the main Admin and can't get in, please contact Aqua X Support directly, and we will generate a new link for you.
