How to Activate Aqua X Account and Set Up Your Profile

Steps to set up your account after receiving an invite email

Creating your new user profile is a straightforward process designed to give you secure access to your system dashboard. Because our platform handles sensitive organizational data, account creation is strictly invite-only. This protects data integrity and ensures your company stays safe.

Follow this quick guide to complete your aqua x portal account setup and unlock your team workspace.

1. Find Your Aqua X Login Invitation Email

Your onboarding journey begins with an automated invitation. Check your business email inbox for a message from our system.

  • Sender: Aqua X Notifications

  • Subject Line: You’ve been invited to the Aqua X portal!

Tech Tip: Strict enterprise firewalls or spam filters can sometimes block system emails. If you do not see the aqua x login invitation email within 10 minutes, check your Spam, Junk, or Clutter folders. You can also search your "All Mail" folder for our automated address.

2. Open the Secure Setup Page

Open the email and click the blue Set Up Account button. This link uses a secure, single-use token to connect your professional email address directly to your company's private Aqua X platform.

3. Choose Your Security Credentials

The button will take you to our secure validation page. To finish your registration:

  • Check that your first and last names are spelled correctly.

  • Create a strong password that meets your company's security rules.

  • Accept the Aqua X Terms of Service.

Follow the final on-screen prompts to set up your multi-factor authentication (MFA) if your administrator requires it. Once you submit these details, you will automatically log into your central dashboard.

What to Do If Your Aqua X Invite Link Expired

To keep your data safe, all activation links expire automatically after a set period. If you click the button and see an "Expired Link" error, please follow the steps below based on your user role.

For Case Managers and Standard Users

If your aqua x invite link expired, please do not contact our customer care team. Our strict security protocols prevent us from changing internal company permissions. Instead, reach out to your internal Organization Administrator. Your admin can resend aqua x invite admin access instantly from their own dashboard by going to the Team Members tab, clicking your profile, and selecting "Resend Invite."

For Primary Administrators

If you are the primary Account Admin and your initial setup link has expired, your internal team cannot reset it. You must reach out to us directly so we can verify your identity and give you a manual admin override.

  • In-App Chat: Click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the Aqua X Portal or Help Center.

  • Aqua X Support Email Contact: Send an official help request from your corporate email domain to [email protected].
