For Admins:
Check your link:
Click the invite link in your original email from AquaX.
If expired, you’ll be directed to a page explaining the link is no longer valid.
Get a new invite:
Contact your Super Admin to resend the invite.
If you don’t have a Super Admin, contact AquaX Support through:
Portal: Chat With Us page in the left sidebar
Help Center: chat bubble at the bottom right of help.aquax.co
Email: [email protected]
The new invite will be sent to your existing email address—no new invitation will be created.
For Case Managers:

They can resend the invite to your existing email address without creating a new invitation.
