How do I handle an expired invite link?

Instructions for resolving issues with expired invite links

For Admins:

  1. Check your link:

    • Click the invite link in your original email from AquaX.

    • If expired, you’ll be directed to a page explaining the link is no longer valid.

  2. Get a new invite:

    • Contact your Super Admin to resend the invite.

    • If you don’t have a Super Admin, contact AquaX Support through:

  3. The new invite will be sent to your existing email address—no new invitation will be created.


For Case Managers:

  1. Check your link:

    • Click the invite link in your original email from AquaX.

    • If expired, you’ll see a page explaining the link is no longer valid.

  2. Get a new invite:

    • Contact your Organization Admin.

    • They can resend the invite to your existing email address without creating a new invitation.
