    • If your account locks, you’ll see the message: “This account has been locked. Please contact customer support.”

  3. Forgot Password:

    • If you’re unsure of your login details, use the “Forgot Password” option.

    • This is the safest way to regain access without risking a lockout.

  4. Account locked:

    • If your account gets locked, don’t panic.

    • Follow the instructions provided and contact AquaX Support for help:

    • The support team will guide you through regaining access to your account.
