For Admins:
Access your profile:
Click your profile icon or name in the upper right corner.
From the dropdown, select “View Profile”.
Edit your information:
On your profile page, update fields such as name, email address, and phone number.
You cannot edit your Organization or Assigned Role.
To update these, contact your Super Admin, or if none exists, contact AquaX Support via:
Portal: Chat With Us page in the left sidebar

Email: [email protected]
Save your changes:
Click “Update”.
Enter your password for security verification.
Your profile will be updated with the new information.
For Case Managers:
Access your profile:
Click your profile icon or name in the upper right corner.
From the dropdown, select “View Profile”.
Edit your information:
Update fields such as name, email address, and phone number.
You cannot edit your Organization or Assigned Role.
Contact your Admin if these details need to be changed.
Save your changes:
Click “Update”.
Enter your password for security verification.
Your profile will be updated with the new information.
