How can I view my profile and can I edit it?

Locate and update your personal profile information

For Admins:

  1. Access your profile:

    • Click your profile icon or name in the upper right corner.

    • From the dropdown, select “View Profile”.

  2. Edit your information:

    • On your profile page, update fields such as name, email address, and phone number.

    • You cannot edit your Organization or Assigned Role.

      • To update these, contact your Super Admin, or if none exists, contact AquaX Support via:

  3. Save your changes:

    • Click “Update”.

    • Enter your password for security verification.

    • Your profile will be updated with the new information.


For Case Managers:

  1. Access your profile:

    • Click your profile icon or name in the upper right corner.

    • From the dropdown, select “View Profile”.

  2. Edit your information:

    • Update fields such as name, email address, and phone number.

    • You cannot edit your Organization or Assigned Role.

      • Contact your Admin if these details need to be changed.

  3. Save your changes:

    • Click “Update”.

    • Enter your password for security verification.

    • Your profile will be updated with the new information.
