Welcome to your Aqua X portal! This guide shows administrators and staff how to look over operations, manage teams, and track resident activity. Mastering these core tools helps you keep your organization running smoothly and securely.
Our portal layout is clean and simple. You will find the main navigation menu on the left-hand sidebar. After you complete your Cyber Dive portal login and menu authentication, just click any tab in this sidebar to jump straight to that section.

Left Menu Breakdown & Module Functions
1. Main Dashboard Overview
The main dashboard is the command center for your organization. It gives you a quick look at connected devices, active pillars, and current curfew statuses.
Note on charts: The visual bar charts on the main dashboard are only for a quick visual check. You cannot click them. To see deeper data or view full lists, click the View All button in the top-right corner of the data box.
2. Resident Records & Monitoring
Click the Residents tab to open your central database of resident profiles. This area is the core of your tracking operations. Here, you can easily:
Track and review behavioral or program progress over time.
Check and assign core operational Pillars to specific residents.
Edit and manage safe contacts to keep security protocols tight.
Use the Instant Replay feature to see live or recorded visual logs of what residents are doing on their connected devices.
3. How to Manage Curfews Aqua X Portal
The Curfews page is your main tool for setting time limits and system restrictions. In this module, approved users can create, change, or stop curfews for everyone or for single users. This page also shows a live counter of how many active curfews are running for each Pillar.
4. Team Members & User Control
The Team Members section handles user access and roles. Top administrators can use this tool to safely onboard new staff, check employee profiles, track staff actions, and set specific permissions to keep resident data safe.
5. Billing & Financial Settings
The Billing tab is a secure, encrypted space to manage your account's money details. Fully integrated with Stripe, this section lets you update payment methods, change subscription tiers, view billing cycles, and download past invoices for your records.
6. Support Guide & Help Center
Click this tab to go to our searchable FAQ helpful resource page. It contains setup guides, quick tips, and terms to help your staff fix minor technical issues on their own.
Footer Navigation & System Controls
Logout: Click this to end your session and safely sign out of the portal. This clears your login tokens so no one else can use your computer to access the data.
Version Number: Look right below the logout button to find the software version number. Always give this number to support when you report an issue.
