The Aqua X dashboard features a central command hub for your entire organization's Aqua X program. When you log into the platform, you will see a live view of important information. This includes device status and participant details. This page removes messy data silos. As a result, managers and program coordinators can evaluate the overall health of their program in one area.
Our Aqua X resident tracking software structures this main interface into four data visualizations and monitoring cards:
Total Residents Metric: This card shows the total number of people in your program. It is at the top of the screen and updates in real-time (e.g., Total Residents: 71 records).
Aqua X pillar distribution chart: This dynamic, color-coded bar chart breaks down your devices by their assigned Pillars. These tiers are categorized simply as Pillar 1, Pillar 2, Pillar 3, and Pillar 4.
Unassigned Device Tracker: If you want to know how to view unassigned devices Aqua X tracks, look directly at the distribution chart's "Unassigned" data bar. This critical metric flags the exact number of residents who are currently enrolled in the program but do not have an active Aqua X device paired to their profile.
Monitoring this metric helps you prevent deployment delays and tracking gaps.
Active Curfews Summary: Located along the bottom of the dashboard, this line provides a real-time summary of the total active curfews enforced across each individual Pillar.
Navigating Beyond the Dashboard
To see detailed resident data, find the blue View All button in the top-right corner of the main dashboard. Click this button, and you will go to the full Residents page. Once there, you can view full profile details, logs, and location.
Please note that the individual colored bars on the distribution chart are currently static visual indicators. If you want to filter your view by specific Pillars, you must use the dedicated filters on the main Residents page.
