Manage your team with the Aqua X Team Management Dashboard

Overview of the team members' list and their roles

Overview

The Team Members table is the main control center for managing your Aqua X portal staff in your organization—effectively serving as the Aqua X team management dashboard. It gives administrators and managers a centralized way to review user profiles, track system access, and monitor onboarding progress without switching between multiple screens. If you're wondering how to manage users in Aqua X and manage team invitations in Aqua X, this view brings everything together in one place.

Contact Information

The main grid shows basic contact information for every team member, making it easy to verify records:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

Account Health and Security Tracking

Beyond contact details, the table acts as a dashboard for account health and security across four key areas.

Account Status

Indicates whether a user can log in right now:

  • Active: Account is fully set up and ready to use.

  • Pending: Account awaits final approval or activation.

Invite Status

Tracks onboarding progress for each user:

  • Accepted

  • Resent

  • Pending

Note: If Invite Status is Pending in the main table, the user's profile page will show their overall status as Incomplete (setup not finished).

User Role

Shows each person's permission level to maintain security:

  • Admin: Full access to billing and basic viewing.

  • Manager: Basic daily access aligned with role needs.

Timeline

Logs exact times and dates for:

  • When an invite was sent

  • When reminders were sent

  • When the user accepted the invite

Take Action from the Dashboard

Use these columns to sort and filter your team, identify who still needs to accept their invites, resend setup links with a few clicks, and track progress via Timeline entries.

Q&A

What is the Team Members table in Aqua X and why is it important?

It's the central team management dashboard for administrators and managers. From one grid, you can review basic contact details, see who can log in, track onboarding progress, view permission levels, and audit invite activity—streamlining daily admin tasks and enhancing account security.

How can I identify who hasn't completed onboarding and take action?

Sort or filter by Invite Status to find users marked as Pending—their profile will show Incomplete. Use the dashboard to resend setup links and monitor progress via Timeline entries for invites, reminders, and acceptance times.

What user roles are available and what access do they provide?

Two roles are shown: Admin and Manager. Admins have full access, including billing. Managers have basic daily access but will not see billing, ensuring users see and do only what they need.

What does the Timeline column track and how does it help?

Timeline records the exact times and dates when invites were sent, reminders were issued, and invites were accepted. This precise history supports security tracking, auditing of onboarding activity, and quick identification of delays.
