To reactivate a user's access to the AquaX portal, navigate to the Team Members page and identify the user you want to resend the invite to.
Click on the user's name or the designated "View Details" button adjacent to their record. Click “Actions", then “Resend” button. A confirmation prompt may appear, asking you to verify your intention to reactivate the user's access.
Once you confirm the resend, the system will process your request. Users will then need to accept the invite, which will allow them to log in to the portal and access the features and resources available to their role.
