Sent an invite to the wrong email? Assigned the wrong role? Or maybe a staff member is leaving the organization?
No matter the scenario—whether they are brand new (Status: Pending) or have been with you for months (Status: Active)—the process to remove them is exactly the same.
Here is how to do it:
Go to the Team Members page.
Click the person's Name to open their profile.
Click the “Actions” button in the top right corner.
Select “Cancel Invite”.
What happens next?
Access is Revoked: This immediately voids the invitation link or disables their current login so it can't be used.
The "Fix" for Typos: This is the best way to correct a mistake! If you typed the email wrong, just “Cancel” the incorrect invite and send a fresh one to the right address.
Clean Slate: Once you confirm the cancellation, that user will be removed from your Team Members table entirely. It wipes the slate clean so you can start fresh or keep your list tidy.
