  1. Overview:

    • The Patient Records table provides a convenient overview of all residents in your program.

  1. Resident status:

    • Active: Onboarding is complete, the resident has an active device, and is enrolled in a pillar.

    • Intake Incomplete: Onboarding has started, but a device has not yet been assigned and pillars have not been applied.

    • Deactivated: The resident is no longer in the program, and the assigned device has been reset.

  2. Pillar assignment:

    • The table shows the name of the assigned pillar for each resident.

    • If no pillar is assigned, it will display “Unassigned” (device not yet assigned).

  3. Device assignment:

    • The third column shows the device number assigned to the resident.

    • If no device is assigned, a blue “Assign Device” button will appear.

  4. Resident details:

    • Click “View Details” to see:

      • Phone location

      • Number of days in the pillar

      • Apps installed on the device

      • Instant Replay to review all activity

      • Resident contacts
