Aqua X Resident Intake Process

Welcoming a new resident into your care facility requires a smooth setup process. The Aqua X intake module is built to gather all vital background info, emergency contacts, and administrative data in one easy workflow. By keeping this profile data in one central place from day one, your staff can easily stay compliant, update internal tracking, and keep residents safe.

Follow these simple instructions to successfully enter and save a new profile within the system. This official resident onboarding software documentation ensures your team can complete the workflow in about 5 minutes.

1.Start the Intake Process: Look at the main navigation menu on the left side of your dashboard. Click on the Residents tab, and then click the Start Intake button in the top-right corner of the screen.

2.Enter Core Resident Details: Fill out the basic profile fields with accurate information. This includes the resident's legal Name, Name in Use (preferred name), Date of Birth, Gender, and Race/Ethnicity. You can also upload a Profile Picture to help staff visually identify the resident.

3.Complete the Aqua X Emergency Contact Setup: Type in the primary contact's details, including their full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. Next, use the dropdown menu to select their Relationship to the resident. The system gives you options like Detective, Therapist, Physician, Mentor, Mother, Father, Son, or Daughter.

⚠️ Technical Note: This emergency information is safely stored within the secure Aqua X cloud database for internal use only. It will not sync with or save to the local address book of your physical computer, phone, or mobile device.

4.Fill Out Internal Documentation and Analytics: To help your facility track its operations, answer these two mandatory questions:

5. Review and Save: The software will show you a full summary screen. Look over the entered data to make sure everything is correct. If the information looks good, click the Finish Intake button to permanently save the profile to the system.

You must complete the aqua x resident intake process in one continuous session. The software does not temporarily save your progress or support draft modes during this workflow. If you close your browser tab, refresh the page, or click away from the screen before hitting Finish Intake, all your progress will be permanently lost and you will have to restart from the beginning.
