Resident Intake and Device Onboarding Are Separate Steps
Resident Intake
This phase collects and saves all required resident information.
You may complete intake for one or multiple residents before moving on to devices.
Intake can be done at any time and does not require a device to be present.
Device Onboarding
This phase occurs after intake and only when you are ready to assign a device.
Device onboarding links the physical device to the resident’s profile.
You can return later—whenever devices are available—to complete this step.
When You're Ready to Assign a Device
Go to the Resident Records page.
Locate the resident you wish to onboard.
Follow the steps outlined in “How to Assign a Device to a Resident.”
