Whether you need to update an emergency contact or correct a typo in the intake forms, you can edit a resident's full profile at any time.
Here is how to do it:
Open Profile: Head to the Residents page and click on the resident's name. This shows a snapshot of the info collected during onboarding.
Enter Edit Mode: Click the “View All Details” button.
Make Changes: You can now edit any of their information, including:
Personal details.
Emergency contact info.
Navigation Details (like where they came from or placement time).
Save Your Work (Two Steps!):
First, click “Review” to confirm the specific changes.
This will take you back to the previous summary page. You must click “Update Intake” here to finalize the process.
Note: If you click “Cancel” or exit before hitting that final Save button, none of your changes will be kept!
