  1. Navigate to the Profile: Log into your dashboard and go to the main Residents directory page from the sidebar menu. Click directly on the resident's name. This opens their main dashboard, showing a quick snapshot of their location and other details.

  2. Enter Edit Mode: From this snapshot view, find and click the "View All Details" button in the upper part of the profile panel. This unlocks the secure data fields across the profile so you can manage resident intake forms online.

  3. Change the Information: You can fill in information across three main sections:

    • Personal Details: Legal names, preferred nicknames, dates of birth, and ID records.

    • Emergency Contact Info: Primary and secondary names, phone numbers, and relationships.

    • Navigation Details: Operational tracking data, including origin facilities, referral sources, and exact placement timestamps.

  4. Save Your Changes: To prevent mistakes, Aqua X uses a two-step saving process. First, click the "Review" button at the bottom of the page to check your edits. The system will then show you a summary page. Second, you must click "Update Intake" on this summary page to save your changes to the database.

⚠️ Important Note: If you click "Cancel" or close your browser tab before clicking that final "Update Intake" button, the system will reset. None of your new edits will save.
