To update the pillar assigned to a resident, go to the Resident Records page and use the search or filter options to locate the specific resident whose pillar needs to be updated.
Click on the desired resident's name or on the “View Details” button next to their name to access their individual “Resident Details” Page. Then click on the “Edit Details” button.
Review the available pillar options and select the new pillar that you want to assign to the resident. Make sure to choose the pillar that aligns with the resident's current needs and requirements. Click the "Save" or "Update" button to apply the changes.
Note: you can only update the pillar if you have already assigned a device to a resident.
