Moving a resident to the next stage of their program? You can update their pillar in seconds.
Here is how:
Go to the Residents page and click on the resident's name to open their profile.
Look for the “Actions” menu on the right side of the screen.
Select “Update Pillar”.
Choose the new Pillar or Phase you want to move them to.
Hit “Update” to confirm the switch.
Getting the Update to the Phone: For the new Pillar settings to take effect, the device must be connected to the internet.
Tip for Speed: While all devices have phone service, connecting to Wi-Fi or a Hotspot will ensure the new configuration downloads much faster (similar to how an iPhone update works).
Troubleshooting: The update usually takes a few moments. If you don't see the changes apply after 2-3 minutes, try rebooting the device to force a refresh.
⚠️ Important Heads Up regarding Curfews: When you move a resident to a new Pillar, they inherit all the rules for that group.
If there is an active curfew running for the new Pillar right now: The resident's device will lock down to match the schedule. This typically happens within that same 2-3 minute update window.
When does it unlock? The device will exit the curfew automatically once the scheduled time is over.
