How do I deactivate a resident?

Coming Soon: We are currently building a feature that will allow you to deactivate residents directly from the portal. It will be ready very soon!

In the meantime: Since this feature isn't live just yet, please reach out to our support team, and we will handle the deactivation for you immediately.

  • When you contact us, we can also unlock the settings on the resident's device remotely. This will allow you to access the phone's system settings and perform a factory reset right away.

Just let us know the resident's name, and we’ll take care of it:

  • Chat: Click the chatbot in the bottom right corner of the Portal or the Help Center.

  • Email: Send a message to [email protected].
