Just created a new curfew? It won't start working immediately. By default, new curfews are created in a "Deactivated" state so you can set them up ahead of time without affecting devices right away.
Here is how to manage them:
Open Details: Go to the Curfews page and click on the specific curfew you want to manage.
Open Actions: Click the Actions button in the top-right corner.
Choose Your Move: From the dropdown, select what you need to do:
Activate Curfew: Ready to go live? Click this to immediately apply the rule to all devices in that Pillar.
Deactivate Curfew: Need to pause a rule? Click this to turn it off instantly.
Edit Curfew: Need to adjust the hours? Click this to tweak the Start Time, End Time, or Days. (Don't forget to hit Save!)
Delete Curfew: clear out an old rule entirely.
⚠️ Important Note on Deleting: You cannot delete a curfew while it is active. If you want to permanently remove a rule, you must Deactivate it first. Once the status shows "Inactive," the Delete option will become available.
Must be Active: A curfew will not affect any devices until you manually hit Activate.
New Devices: Once a curfew is active, any new device you assign to that Pillar will automatically pick up the rule—you don't need to do anything extra!
