When viewing your Team Members table, you may notice a variety of status labels. Here’s a quick guide to what each one means:
Active: This user has fully accepted their invite and can log in to the portal right now.
Pending / Incomplete: The invite has been sent, but the user hasn't accepted it yet.
Tip: If you see this, you might want to hit "Resend Invite" to nudge them!
