Why Hasn't My Team Member Received Their Invite Email?

If a new team member cannot find their invite email, it is usually due to a typo, a strict email filter, or a corporate firewall. Because Aqua X activation links expire quickly, fixing this fast keeps your team onboarding on track.

If you are dealing with an Aqua X user onboarding troubleshooting issue, follow this checklist before you try to how to resend Aqua X invitation.

1. Check the Aqua X Admin Portal Add Team Member Settings

First, open your Aqua X portal. When you use the Aqua X admin portal add team member feature, even a tiny typo will break the delivery path. Look closely for:

  • Misspelled names or domains

  • Extra spaces at the beginning or end of the email

  • Swapped letters (like "gnail" instead of "gmail")

2. Search Spam and Junk Folders

Automated emails often trigger basic security filters. Ask your team member to check their Spam or Junk folders. If they find the invite there, they should mark it as "Not Spam." This ensures they get future emails.

3. Search "All Mail" and Promo Tabs
