If a team member is staring at an empty inbox, here is a quick checklist to get them sorted:
Check the email: Double-check your team member table to ensure there are no typos.
Check Spam/Junk: Sometimes our invites get shy and hide in the Spam folder.
Check “All Mail”: This is the big one! Ask them to look in their “All Mail” folder/label. Automated emails often skip the inbox without being marked as spam.
