The Installed Apps tab allows you to see exactly how the device is configured.
This is where you can view the apps that are auto-loaded onto the phone based on your organization's specific preferences. It serves as a quick check to ensure the device has the correct tools and restrictions loaded for that Pillar.
To view the list:
Navigate to the Residents page and click the resident's name.
Click on the Installed Apps tab.
Review the full list of preloaded applications currently on the assigned device.
