Get in touch instantly:

  • Chat: Click the chatbot in the bottom right corner of the Portal or the Help Center.

  • Email: Send a message to [email protected].

Support Availability: Our team is live and ready to assist you during standard business hours:

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM MST (Arizona).

  • After Hours: If you reach out after hours (like 10 PM) or on a weekend, don't worry! We will receive your message and get back to you first thing on the next business day.

    (For critical system-wide emergencies, we do monitor for major outages outside of standard hours.)
