This step happens completely on its own without any manual work from the facility. Because the device locks the exact second the system flags a violation, the user cannot take photos, view media, or send files outside the device.
2. Instant Alerts for Your Team
At the exact same time the phone locks, Aqua X sends live updates to your staff. The system alerts your management team right away through two safe channels:
The Main Dashboard: A high-priority alert appears inside your central Aqua X portal.
Direct SMS: The system sends an automatic text message to all team members. This text gives your team an instant notice that the system found a nudity violation on a resident's device.
3. Central Portal Control & Compliance
Once the alert goes out, your management team has total control over the situation. They can use the portals remote phone locking for compliance to keep the property safe.
To handle the event, a supervisor must log into the secure Aqua X portal, go to the resident’s profile, and open the "Alerts" tab. Here, managers can safely review the flagged image or video.
