An alert in your portal
An email notification
This feature keeps your resident’s phone locked and unaccessible until you review their activity.
What Does The Resident See?
Your resident’s Aqua X will automatically lock if potential nudity is detected. When this happens, they’ll see a screen indicating that the phone has been locked. They can either call you so you can review the photo through your portal and unlock the device, or request an unlock code. If they choose the unlock code option, they’ll need to contact you to obtain the code before they can regain access to their phone.
