Cyber Dive Aqua X Safety Features: Nudity Prevention Guide

A complete guide to Aqua X nudity prevention: how it works, the resident lockout experience, and staff response protocol.

Cyber Dive Aqua X Safety Features: Nudity Prevention Guide

At Cyber Dive, we understand the growing risk of digital exploitation and compliance violations in structured housing. To protect your community, we built the smartphone nudity prevention technology inside Aqua X.

Unlike old filters that only look at saved photos, this feature stops risks in real time. It is a vital tool for behavioral health programs, transitional housing, and youth organizations that need active sextortion prevention for residential facilities.

Technical Overview: How the Safeguard Works

The system uses on-device ai explicit content detection to monitor what passes through the front and back cameras. Because the AI lives entirely on the phone, it analyzes images instantly without sending data to the cloud.

If a resident tries to take or stream explicit photos, the Aqua X phone locks down instantly. It shuts down the screen before the image can be saved to the phone or sent over the internet.

When the system detects explicit content, it takes three actions at once:

  • Instant Phone Lock: The user interface freezes completely. The resident cannot use any apps, but they can still make emergency calls.

  • Staff Alerts: Your portal will receive an alert on your organization's portal regarding the alert, video session, and option to unlock the phone for the resident.

  • Multi-Channel Delivery: Your staff gets an immediate SMS text, an email notification, and a live alert on your Cyber Dive admin portal.

The Resident Experience During a Lockdown

If the camera detects nudity, the resident's session ends immediately and a secure lock screen appears. The screen tells the resident that the phone is locked due to a compliance trigger. To unlock the device, the resident only has two options:

  1. Contact Staff: Talk directly to your team to ask for a manual account review.

  2. Enter an Unlock Code: Type in a temporary numeric code. Only an authorized member of your staff can generate this code.

How to Stop Residents from Sending Explicit Photos: Staff Protocol

When you get an alert, remember that the system has already contained the threat. Your staff can easily manage the incident by following these four steps:

1.Access the Incident Log: Click the link in your text or email alert. You can also log directly into your secure Cyber Dive admin portal.

2.Review the Alert Details: Go to the resident’s profile page. Open the "Alerts" dashboard to check the timestamp, device state, and logs that triggered the lock.

3.Clear the Device Media: Use your admin control panel to wipe the flagged photo directly from the resident's phone storage. This ensures no explicit content stays on the hardware.

4.Unlock the Phone: Decide on the best behavioral response. You can send a remote unlock command from your portal, read the manual code to the resident over the phone, or keep the phone locked until you can meet in person.

Why Real-Time Prevention Matters

Standard web filters only warn you after a photo is saved to the cloud or shared online. Aqua X stops the issue right at the camera lens. This gives your staff the remote control and visibility they need to intervene during high-risk moments. It protects your residents from legal and emotional harm before a bad choice turns into a crisis.

If you need help setting up your alert settings or deploying devices, email our Customer Care team at [email protected] or open a live chat session in your admin portal.
