Powered by AI, this feature detects inappropriate content in real time using both the front and back cameras. If nudity is detected, the device is instantly locked—before any photo can be taken or shared.
At the same time, your team is immediately notified via:

This isn’t just a filter—it’s a real-time safeguard that helps prevent situations from escalating into something far more serious.
How it works
When the system detects male or female genitalia through the camera:
The Aqua X phone locks immediately
The device becomes inaccessible to the resident besides the call feature
Your team is alerted right away
From there, you have full control. You can review the situation from your portal and decide whether to unlock the device or keep it locked until the situation is addressed.
What does the resident see?
If a detection occurs, the resident will see a lock screen explaining that their phone has been secured.
They’ll have two options:
Contact your team so you can review and unlock the device
Request an unlock code (which must be provided by your team)
What should you do after receiving an alert?
No need to panic—this feature is doing exactly what it’s designed to do.
Open the alert
Click the link in your SMS/email or log into your organization's Cyber Dive portal.Review the detection
Navigate to the resident’s profile and view the alert under the “Alerts” section to understand what triggered it.Take action
Delete the media from the resident's phone
Unlock the device if appropriate via portal or SMS code
Or keep it locked until the situation is resolved
