Yes, Cyber Dive can view photos flagged by the system, but this access follows a strict Cyber Dive data encryption policy and secure internal workflows. To balance resident safety with absolute privacy, all photos captured by the Aqua X Nudity Prevention feature are protected and are only decrypted under specific, authorized conditions.
Only certain people at Cyber Dive have access to these photos, and are only accessed and viewed if needed by the organization or law enforcement.
How the Aqua X Nudity Prevention System Works
To understand how we handle your information, it helps to look at the three layers of the Aqua X safety feature:
Real-Time AI Detection & Instant Replay: The Aqua X nudity prevention feature uses an advanced AI model trained to identify explicit content. This model scans data using our "instant replay", which temporarily records activity to check for policy violations. Because this happens automatically, no human reviews the footage unless the AI triggers a definitive match.
End-to-End Encryption & Secure Storage: The moment the AI model flags an image, the file is turned into an encrypted format. It is saved on our secure servers following our cyber dive data encryption policy. While stored, this data is completely unreadable. It is only decrypted on-demand when an authorized Cyber Dive team member accesses the Aqua X admin portal for verification or support.
Organization Control & Deletion: Your organization owns all data from your resident's Aqua X use. If you ever choose to close your account, you can trigger the aqua x portal data deletion sequence. This completely erases all stored images, flagged replays, and data from our systems.
Your residents' privacy and safety are our highest priorities. By pairing automated AI with strict portal decryption logs, Aqua X ensures a secure environment without compromising your data.
