Aqua X Device Storage Troubleshooting Guide: How to Clear Space

What should I do if my Aqua X device runs out of storage space? If you see a "Storage Full" notification on your Aqua X-managed device, it means temporary files, system logs, or saved photos and videos have filled up your storage. When your device is completely full, it can slow down, lag, and stop syncing your data in real-time.

To get your device running smoothly again, follow this step-by-step guide on how to clear space on Aqua X.

Step 1: Delete Local Media and Empty the Trash

High-resolution photos and video recordings take up the most space on your Aqua X device.

  • Open the native Photos or Gallery app on your device.

  • Look through your files and delete duplicate photos, large videos, or screenshots you no longer need.

  • Important Action: Just deleting a photo does not completely erase it. To permanently free up space, you need to learn how to empty trash folder on aqua x. Open the Trash, Bin, or Recently Deleted folder inside your gallery app and choose Empty Trash. This is the only way to actually release that trapped disk space.

Step 2: Use the Aqua X Clear App Cache Method

Apps accumulate temporary data (called cache) over time to help them load faster. However, this data can quickly get bloated. You can safely clear this extra data without deleting your accounts or changing your personal settings.

Follow these steps for an aqua x clear app cache refresh:

  1. Open your device Settings menu.

  2. Tap on Apps (or Apps & notifications, depending on your software version).

  3. Tap See all apps to open your full list of applications.

  4. Select the apps that use the most data, such as your web browser (Chrome), streaming apps (YouTube), or chat tools.

  5. Tap on Storage & cache.

  6. Select Clear Cache.

Note: Do not select "Clear Storage" or "Clear Data" unless you want to completely reset the app and log yourself out.
