What do I do if my device isn't connect to the network (SIM/Cellular Issues)?

If a device shows "No Service" or isn't connecting:

  1. Restart: A simple reboot fixes 90% of connection glitches.

  2. Check Wi-Fi: Try connecting the phone to a Wi-Fi network to confirm whether the internet is working (this tells us if it's a device issue or a cellular network issue).

  3. Contact Support: If it still won't connect, message us immediately. We can check the SIM status on our end to ensure it is active.
