What is the "Consent Request" pop-up on the phone?

Occasionally, when helping troubleshoot a deeper technical issue, we may need to pull diagnostic “Logs” from the device. These logs help us understand what went wrong and resolve the issue faster.

The Consent Pop-Up

When logs are requested, a brief “Consent” pop-up will appear on the device.

Action Required

Someone (you or the resident) must tap Allow/Grant on the device for us to receive the diagnostic data.
